Hi, I'm Alison!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a deep passion for the art of healing. My journey began with a strong curiosity about the human psyche and inner experience, which led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Boise State University. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across a range of settings—including schools, nonprofits, hospitals, agencies, and now private practice.
My work focuses on supporting the rewiring of the nervous system and healing of the energetic body, helping clients move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
On a personal note, I’m a nature lover who enjoys loose leaf tea, herbs, plants, and spending time with animals. Originally from Oregon, I’ve also lived in Australia and New Zealand, and I’ve called beautiful Boise, Idaho home for over eight years.
Therapy is more than a profession for me—it’s a true calling. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves, work through what’s been carried, and move toward a life of purpose, joy, and meaning.
